Land is our expertise, our passion, and the foundation of who we are. Our story began in 1996, when Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, founded Saunders Real Estate with a vision to serve landowners with honesty and insight, building a brokerage rooted in land and built on trust.

As the company grew and expanded across the Southeast, even during our years operating as Saunders Ralston Dantzler, our focus on land remained at the heart of what we do. In 2025, we brought that focus full circle with the launch of Saunders Land: a dedicated division inspired by our original mission to help landowners make meaningful decisions about their property.

Our land services are grounded in stewardship and designed for real-world decisions. We help clients navigate complex transactions, structure conservation easements, manage timberland investments, and provide consulting in land use, entitlement, property analysis, and manage productive farmland assets. 

Today, we’re proud to be one of the Southeast’s most trusted land firms backed by decades of experience, lasting relationships, and a boots-on-the-ground understanding of the market.
