The subject property also borders a 1,300-acre tract to the east that consists of much of the same habitat. This property and the preserve act as wildlife corridors that allow the game to easily flow onto the subject property. • From the 44 and I-4 intersection in Deland, take State Road 44 West for 6.7 miles until turning south on to Ranchette Road.

• Take Ranchette Road for 2.8 miles before turning east on Treebrooke Road for about .5 of a mile.

• The property will then be on your right.

COMING FROM THE EAST

• From the 44 and I-95 intersection in New Smryna Beach take State Road 44 East for 8.5 miles until turning south on to Ranchette Road.

• Take Ranchette Road for 2.8 miles

• The entrance to the property will be on the right.
