After rigorous training courses and obtaining a substantial land portfolio, Tyler Davis now joins the ranks of the nation's most highly-qualified land experts. One huge congratulation is in order to one of the firm’s most dedicated team members and advisors.
Achieving this prestigious designation was no easy task. The requirements include a collective portfolio consisting of various land transactions whose value accounts for over 50% of the total sale. Additionally, applicants have to complete an extensive training and education program while having demonstrated a commitment to professional and educational growth.
On his ALC journey, Tyler achieved many great accomplishments and was involved in many exclusive land transactions. His portfolio would consist of varying developmental properties while partnering with Senior Advisor, Jeremiah Thompson, on many beautiful and exotic natural springs within the state of Florida. Recently, Tyler closed on the stunning Jurassic Spring Lot in Crystal River, Florida. Situated on the Hunter Springs Run, this second-magnitude spring frontage provides an excellent waterfront experience and is frequently visited by manatees and other wildlife.

Tyler started his career at PwC, providing tax planning and consulting services to some of the largest insurance companies in the nation. Later, he would graduate from The University of Alabama where received his Master of Tax Accounting degree and was awarded a Graduate Council Fellowship.
Having joined SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler in 2019, Tyler worked his way up from asset management to Chief Financial Officer. He currently resides in Polk County, Florida with his wife and daughter.
